- At the moment we do not accept any returns for any reason except for wrong items delivered. Please send us an email at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your order if you find that we shipped you a wrong item.
- We inspect all items prior to being photographed for posting and try our hardest to make sure you receive an item in perfect condition. Since these are thrifted pieces and are preloved, some signs of use may be visible. We do offer store credit equal to the amount you paid for the item should you encounter any flaw in the piece that would deem it unwearable. In this case, please send us a photo via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) of the piece with the flaw clearly shown.
