Can I cancel my order? I don't have time to pay/I lost my wallet/I don't have the money, etc.
Cancellation of orders are not allowed. We take cancellations very seriously and tag names as bogus buyers if an order gets cancelled for any reason. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fee is Php70 within Metro Manila and 110Php everywhere else. For customers in Metro Manila, you can also opt to have your package delivered to your preferred 2Go branch for pickup for Php110. Click here to find your preferred 2Go branch.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Unionbank and BPI bank deposits or online transfers
- Pera Padala payments via LBC, Cebuana Lhuillier, Western Union, Palawan Express
- Paypal (credit card or direct to account)
What are your bank account details?
Account details will be emailed to you once your order is successfully placed.
When do you ship out paid orders?
We ship out confirmed paid orders the next Wednesday/Friday (except Holidays). Tracking numbers are sent via email once shipped.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery to Metro Manila areas take 1-3 business days. Provincial deliveries take 2-4 business days.
What courier do you use?
All domestic packages are handled by Xend. Provincial packages are forwarded by Xend the following business day to partner provincial couriers such as 2Go, LBC, AP Cargo and Abest Express.
How do I track my package?
You may track your package through www.xend.com.ph. Tracking information is encoded as soon as your package reaches the dispatch warehouse. This may take up to 24 hours from ship out date. If you were not able to obtain the status of your package, please check again at a later time. Will you restock this item?
All pieces are thrifted so restocking is not possible. We do however try to find similar pieces if a style is in demand.
